Black pepper Dry Chicken (dry)
This Black pepper Dry Chicken is quite delicious and extremely simple to prepare. You and your guests will be pleasantly surprised at its taste, flavor complexity and preparation time.
- One full chicken ( with bone, 800 gm)
- Grated Ginger – 15gm (approx)
- Salt – To Taste
- Pepper – 3 tablespoons
- Lemon Juice – 3 Lemons
- Butter – 20gm
Thoroughly wash the chicken and keep aside. Heat a pan and put around 20 gms butter in it. When it melts, put the grated ginger and shallow fry on medium flame for a couple of minutes. Add the washed chicken and stir for a couple of minutes. As this point, add the salt ( about 2 teaspoons), pepper and thoroughly mix. Fry on medium flame for about 5 minutes. Lower the flame, cover with a lid and leave for 10 minutes. When you open lid, chicken should be bubbling in excess water and well done. Taste, add more salt and pepper to get adequate taste, increase flame and dry off. In a couple of minutes, add lemon water and mix thoroughly. Once dry, shut flame, cover and allow to cool for some time. Serve delicious Black pepper Dry Chicken hot.
