  1. This is very helpful. Just what I wanted to read right now. I have a stuffy nose and I don’t know if it is due to a cold or an allergic reaction. I will try your home remedies first. I am sure these are going to help clear up my sinuses.

  2. Usually, when I or any of my family member’s sick, we’d try the home remedy first. Those are really valuable tips. I would have to try to basil leaves. Normally I would just boil some ginger and then add lemon and honey to it.

  6. Thankfully, I don’t suffer from allergies, but even with colds and catarrh, I have a facial steamer that works for the nose as well. I use Robb as well, just like my grandma did and my mum does now lol.
