  1. My kids are past the toddler stage and I’m still working on make their eating habits better. At this point they are not eating everything healthy voluntarily so I slip healthy food into what they do eat. I keep trying though because one day they will eat better I hope.

  2. Great post. My daughters are older and we breast feed them for a while before introducing them to food. We took small/baby steps with them and saw what their reactions where. Every baby tends to be different.
