I am not a health professional but it is obvious that with hectic lifestyle, poor sleep, stress and adulterated food, mild or occasional digestive problem is are quite common. However, it is important to identify when the situation is becoming worse. Our body does gives us signals time to time and it is important that we identify these signals and act upon them. Treatment should help lessen issues and symptoms while preventing the hazard of additional health complications.

    I’ve been working on cutting down my family’s dairy intake. There are so many alternatives available now.
