I am always in awe of coloring worksheets. I personally love coloring since it is great stress buster. Coloring has the ability to relax the fear center of your brain, the amygdala. It induces the same state as meditating by reducing the thoughts of a restless mind. This generates mindfulness and quietness, which allows your mind to get some rest after a long day at work.

Many children like my son started school early and one of the first few things preschooler learns is coloring. Coloring is a great way to learn and enhance creative. Coloring activities are not only helpful to children to grow but all help us in overall development.
